Reservations, Purchases and Online Payment

Before proceeding with the purchase, the user who wishes to use the voucher purchase or online booking solutions proposed is asked to tick the "acceptance of legal notes" box, thus indicating full acceptance of these terms.

In the case of purchasing a voucher, the total amount of the services purchased will be taken directly from the credit card provided to confirm the purchase.

In the case of purchasing a reservation, the deposit of 30% of the total of the booked services will be taken directly from the credit card provided to confirm the reservation. The 30% deposit is returned (possibly also in the form of a voucher) to the customer in the event that the reservation is cancelled within the established terms.

Cancellation of booked services

Up to the day before arrival, a penalty equal to 30% of the total price of the stay will be applied, instead for cancellations made on the same day of arrival, and in case of no-show at the hotel within the time limit for check-in (from 2.00 pm to 00.00 am), the penalty will be equal to 100% of the total price of the booked services.

In the case of a reservation with a non-refundable rate (explained during the booking phase in written or verbal form by the sales service), in the event of cancellation of all or part of the booked services, the penalty will be equal to 100% of the total price of the booked services.

Movement of booked services date

The request to move the booking date of services, due to causes independent of Corte Altavilla, does not provide for any penalty within the seventh day before arrival. From the seventh to the second day before arrival, a penalty equal to 30% of the total price of the booked services will be applied.

Instead, for date changes made on the same day of arrival, the penalty will be equal to 50% of the total price of the booked services.

It is reiterated that in case of no-show without any written notice, the entire cost of the stay will be charged.

In case of reimbursement, this will be made on the same payment method used for the purchase.

Tourist tax

The tourist taxes, if applicable, will be indicated in detail on the receipt issued by the facility. They are not included in the amount indicated at the time of booking.

The amount of the tourist taxes does not depend on the will of the Hotel Corte Altavilla della Norba In srl.

The municipality of Conversano has approved the tourist tax that will come into force from 10 March 2023. The cost is € 1.50 per person per day for a maximum of 6 consecutive days.

The following are exempt: children up to the age of 14, company employees, bus drivers and tour leaders and/or tour guides, residents registered in the registry office, disabled people and their companions with appropriate medical documentation, individuals staying for political reasons and/or social or health emergencies, people staying for health reasons and their companions with appropriate medical documentation, refugees, guests staying for public events organized by the Municipality.
The exemption must be proven and signed by the individuals through a specific self-certification.
