Additionally, we offer two new off-catalogue experiences, designed for those who want to discover Puglia in an even more authentic way:
Visit to the olive mill during the harvest season (late October – January, depending on the year), with tasting of freshly pressed olive oil: an engaging experience that lets guests see olive oil come to life and savor its freshness.
Mini tour of Conversano, discovering its historical and architectural treasures, followed by an extra virgin olive oil tasting at BI-SHOP, our concept store in the heart of the old town: a journey that brings together culture, territory, and flavor.
